Jim Lagan, originally from Philadelphia, PA, has been working in property management for over a decade. Prior to discovering property management, Jim found himself working as a litigation paralegal in multiple fields including employment/labor law, civil rights law, and personal injury. Jim’s extensive legal background paired with his collegiate studies in communication, psychology, and sociology has served as the quintessential backbone for property management - an industry where navigating legal liabilities and complexities and being able to effectively understand, empathize, and communicate with people is of the utmost importance.
Since entering the field of property management, Jim has worked with some of the highest-rated property management brokerages in the Denver area, attended and spoke at multiple Property Management Conferences, served as President of the Denver Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), and has attained the highest level of real estate licensure in the state of Colorado.
Jim’s interests include rooting for his Philadelphia Eagles (Go Birds!), all things music and guitar, mountain biking, skiing, hiking, and camping with his family.
Emalie Lagan, a Colorado native, has been involved in property management since she was a kid. Emalie’s mom has owned and operated her own property management and real estate brokerage since the 80s, exposing Emalie to the industry from a young age. Inevitably, Emalie re-discovered property management for herself years after obtaining her psychology degree and quickly worked herself from an entry-level position to one of the most respected and sought-after property managers in the state, ultimately working for the world's leading multi-family property management company.
During this time, Emalie has been blessed with the honor of winning both “Property Manager of the Year” and “Investor Profitability” awards.
In Emalie's free time, she enjoys exercising her green thumb in the garden, hiking, and camping with her family.
