Renter’s Liability Insurance

All Home & Realty Management tenants 18 years or older are required to carry liability insurance in the amount of $100,000 or more to cover their legal liability for damage to the property during their lease term. To satisfy this requirement, residents must sign up for renters insurance that includes $100,000 in liability coverage and provide proof of coverage on or before the date of move-in. “Home & Realty Management” must be listed as an “Additional Interest” on your policy. Pricing depends on your insurance company.
